A set of raised white flagstones above a great fishpond lead you through a cozy green garden space and into the heart of Villa Leana. The views when you first enter the property are breath-taking as the elevation above the land gives an unbroken, sweeping panorama of the land below.
Furnishings are all high quality from a top Indonesian designer (Vinotti) and so the villa is exceptionally well appointed and is fully equipped for your comfort with satellite TV, wifi and music docking stations.
Villa Leana has 4 dedicated bedrooms and for a 5th bedroom we convert the playroom which makes an equally comfortable bedroom for 1 or 2 adults, or 2 to 3 children. All the bedrooms are large and en-suite (except the playroom which has an adjacent bathroom). The master bedroom is at the front of the upper floor. A room of open planning features a double size Jacuzzi bath sitting just to the rear of the master bed – allowing epic views but maintaining privacy at all times.
Main Upstairs Double Bedroom – King-size double bed, double jacuzzi bath with ensuite bathroom. All with incredible ocean and perfect for sunset.
Upstairs Twin Bedroom – Two large Twin Beds and ensuite bathroom, with Garden Views. Can be set up as a Super King-size double if needed
Downstairs Double Bedroom – King-size double bed, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Views of the Ocean and perfect for sunsets.
Downstairs Twin / Triple Room – Two / Three single beds, with ensuite bathroom view to the gardens. This can also be made up as a Super King if needed.
Our standard villa rental rate is based on 4 bedrooms and 8 guests, additional charges apply for extra guests/beds if needed.
Additional bed/bedroom: Basement Playroom – Single Bed (120cms) and Sofa Bed, ocean and sunset views. Has a simple adjacent bathroom but not ensuite.
The large living area has a huge L-shaped sofa, ideal for gathering as a group and watching a movie or just enjoying the incredible views
Modern and well designed, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need as a home from home. You just need to choose if you cook for yourself or let our dedicated in-villa chef prepare delicious meals for you and your family.
The infinity pool is a great place to relax and cool off, however at sunset it is truly magical, as the sky fills with the kaleidoscope of burnished orange and reds and you float serenely in the pool.
