All our rates included the following:

  • Accommodation for up to 8 guests
  • Pool fence and stair gates for families with children.
  • One cot bed, high chair and other equipment for one infant
  • Unlimited water, tea and coffee
  • Dedicated villa staff including cook
  • Unrestricted use of all guest facilities at the villa
  • All utilities (electricity, gas etc.) 
  • Unlimited Broadband Free WiFi Internet Access throughout the villa.
  • Daily Housekeeping, and all bed linen, soaps and towels

Our cook is ready to prepare for you a wide variety of tasty food whilst you are staying at the villa whether you would like a BBQ, a seafood feast or to sample local favourites. All food and beverage is charged at  the cost of groceries (as per receipts) plus a 20% villa charge.

A full breakfast is available with fresh juice and fresh fruits, wholemeal and white toast, and jams and spreads (including home favourites such as Marmite and Nutella), a selection of cereals, and a choice of eggs and bacon or pancakes or Asian breakfast (fried rice / fried noodles).

The rates do not include:

  • Extra guests above 8 persons (extra charge IDR 400,000 /night/guest.
  • Children aged 0 to 4 are free if sharing beds with their parents (2 maximum) or an extra cot bed is available at IDR 100,000/night/cot).
  • Food, snacks or meals.
  • Alcohol or soft drinks (other than water, tea and coffee).

Minimum Stay

We do have a minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the year, rising to 3 nights in high season, and 4 nights during peak season, although this is waived when a stay is within one month of enquiry, or is adjacent to an existing booking.

Larger Groups & Extra Persons

Villa Leana sleeps a maximum of 8 adults, although an additional three persons can be accommodated. in the Basement Playroom with a Single Bed (120cms) and Sofa Bed, ocean and sunset views, or in a cot for children. We ask for an additional fee of IDR 500,000 per extra bed per night, or for a cot bed for infants, IDR 150,000/night.
