Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Unless you have arranged car hire for your stay (which we are happy to arrange for you) Pick-up from Bali Denpasar Ngurah Rai Airport can be arranged at a cost of Rp 250,000 per trip, but please check nearer the time of your travel as fuel prices are no longer fixed in Indonesia, and so rates do change. We use a modern Toyota Innova MPV and can also provide baby seats. While the MPV is fine for travelling around the island, for transfers for groups of more than 4 adults with luggage we recommend a minibus is used at a cost of Rp 450,000 per trip. We can also arrange pick-ups and drop-offs from anywhere else in Bali if required, and also tours, car hire and anything else that you require for your trip.

Food & Drink

The villa is fully catered, and is able to serve a wide variety of western, Indonesian and Balinese meals at the actual cost of groceries plus a 20% villa charge (which goes towards the costs of fetching, preparing and storing food and drink for guests), which means eating at the villa works out less expensive than eaven cheap local warungs.

A selection of drinks are available throughout the day, including most soft drinks, beer, wine and mixers. If you require spirits then please let us know in advance and we are happy to purchase a bottle of what you require before you arrive.

We provide a full breakfast with fresh juice and fresh fruits, wholemeal and white toast, and jams and spreads (including home favorites such as Marmite and Nutella and vegemite), a selection of cereals, and a choice of eggs and bacon or pancakes or Asian breakfast (fried rice / fried noodles). There is however an additional charge to cover the cost of groceries, which is discounted to Rp 60,000/guest or Rp 35,000/child under 10 (infants 2 and under are free if others are having breakfast) if you pay prior to arrival at the villa (as it assists us in planning and so reducing costs) otherwise the 20% standard villa charge will be added on top

Baby-sitting & Child Minding

Villa Leana has all you need for a great and relaxing stay with your children.

The staff at all our villas will do their best to provide a child minding / baby sitting service to guests free of charge both during the day or in the evening.  All the staff at our villas are used to looking after children, and our staff at Villa Leana have all spent many months looking after our own kids who are now aged 8 and 11.

This service is however provided in addition to the other duties that our staff have, so if staff spend a lot of time child minding, please be aware it may not be possible for them to complete other duties such as making beds, cleaning and cooking.

While the service is free, we do recommend an additional tip to the staff of Rp 50,000/hour (or part of hour) for any babysitting required after 9pm in the evening, and this will be added automatically to your bill upon checking out from the villa.

For smaller children and babies we have all the essentials including a cot bed; high chair; car seat; as well as plastic crockery and cutlery, spare nappies, wet wipes etc. Most importantly we have a baby monitor so you relax while your child is asleep upstairs.

For older kids there is plug-in music player for phones, and wifi internet throughout the villa as well as a selection of books.

Other Services

The villa aims to provide all the services that you would expect from a 5* hotel, but without all the other guests. As such the staff will be happy to organise any trips or excursions that you want to do, including going to see the great kecak dance at sunset on the cliffs at Uluwatu temple, or out to enjoy a seafood dinner on the beach at Jimbaran. Also other services are able to be provided upon request including balinese massage, laundry, car hire etc. Just ask our local villa manager and he will be happy to organise this for you.

Bank Transfers

Guests normally pay directly using their credit cards on our website using the secure link below. We are however also able to accept direct bank transfers and we will provide bank account details once a booking has been confirmed if you wish to pay this way. We only accept payment by bank transfer in British Pounds (GBP); Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or Thai Baht (THB) however, but this does mean that paying by direct bank transfer is the cheapest and quickest way to pay if you have a local account in any of these currencies.

For international bank transfers charges depend on your bank, and whether your bank uses any intermediary bank, and usually varies between £40 and £60 per transfer. Our bank does not make any charges on bank transfers, unless they are made in a currency other than those stated above. When making an international bank transfer please ensure that the transfer is marked as "All charges remitter (ACR)" so the correct amount arrives. For bank transfers we shall always aim to send you a formal confirmation by email within 24 hours of payment having been made. Please note though that international bank transfers can take up to 5 working days to arrive in our account.

Credit Card & Debit Card Payments

Transfers by credit card are the most secure means of transfer, as you are fully protected against fraud and are therefore recommended. We are able to accept all credit and debit cards on this website including American Express.

There is a processing fee of 3.0% for all payments by debit card and most major credit cards EXCEPT for AMERICAN EXPRESS which is 3.5%.

To make a payment, please make sure you have contacted us first by email on info@villaleana.com and have received confirmation of the amount to be paid.

To pay just put in the amount in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) stated in the email in the box below, and click the "Make a Payment" button, which will take you through to the secure website run by Worldpay, one of the largest multi-national payment processors, where you are able to simply and securely input your credit card or debit card details.

PayPal Payments (FOR STANDARD CREDIT CARD PAYMENT - PLEASE SEE ABOVE)

We are also able to accept payments by PayPal on this site, although it is more expensive. Again as above, insert the amount advised to you by email, and just click on the "Make a Payment" button and you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can either pay using your own PayPal account, or click the button "No PayPal Account" and put in your credit or debit card details for payment.

There is a 5% fee for payments through PayPal, and we only accept payments made in GBP (£). While we can accept payments by PayPal we do not actually recommend them as PayPal have caused issues on guest payments in the past.
